Ramkisan Ramnath Rathi laid the cornerstone of our family’s textile journey under the banner of Shamsundar Ramkisan Rathi. Starting with modest beginnings of just 12 looms, cotton yarn trading, and the iconic Jacquard Solapuri Chaddar, the brand quickly established a benchmark for unmatched quality. That uncompromising commitment created a demand that echoed across India and laid the foundation for generations to come. 

As the second generation stepped in, the business embraced a bold new vision: total end-to-end integration and scale. To ensure absolute control over hallmark finishing, rich textures, and superior standards, we transformed into a fully integrated in-house manufacturing house. From yarn processing and precision dyeing to advanced weaving and final packaging—everything was brought under one roof.

With this expansion came a strategic leap into the world of luxury home textiles. Broadening our horizons beyond traditional chaddars, we entered terry towel manufacturing and trading under trusted sister ventures like R.R. Rathi. Mastering jacquard terry weaves, our footprint expanded across India and globally.

Carrying forward this profound heritage, Spark Industries was established in 1990 as a dedicated modern manufacturing venture for premium terry towels. Today, as a third-generation, family-owned enterprise, Spark Industries stands at the intersection of six decades of lineage and modern textile engineering.
